Site work for a water / sewer project in Jerome, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Nez Perce to H Street Sewer Line The Project generally consists of constructing approximately 4,100 feet of 36-inch gravity sewer pipe, manholes, cleanouts, and other work incidental to the project. Bids will be received on a unit price basis for the contract for the project. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner will also consider whether the bidder is a responsible bidder. All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the Owner. Question Deadline 02/20/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
