The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Lincoln Elementary School a. HVAC Improvements b. Reroofing c. Lighting Improvements Owner Limited Occupancy of Completed Areas of Construction: Owner reserves the right to occupy and to place and install equipment in completed portions of the Work, prior to Substantial Completion of the Work, provided such occupancy does not interfere with completion of the Work. Such placement of equipment and limited occupancy shall not constitute acceptance of the total Work. Schedule: We are anticipating a September 9, 2025 commencement and an August 14, 2026 completion. September 2025 to November 2025 work will focus on structural upgrades, setting curbs, and reroofing Area B. December 2025-March 2026 we will complete interior work in Area B. Work schedule will be 4:00PM to 12:30AM. In March 2026 we anticipate beginning the install of RTUs in Area B. Boiler demolition and removal can commence as soon as heating capacity is no longer needed. We anticipate this being late April 2026. Phase work in Area A will begin in March 2026. While school is in session work in Area A will be limited to two classrooms at a time. Reroofing of Area A to commence May 26, 2026 and be complete by July 12, 2026. All work to be complete on, or prior to, August 14, 2025. After bidding is complete, we will work with successful contractors to finalize the project schedule.
