Project Description: This project consists of demolition of the existing locker rooms and storage areas on the old gymnasium. A new wrestling room, locker areas and storage areas will be constructed. The new addition is approx. 6528 SF. It is anticipated that the Project will be completed in two hundred forty-five (245) calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. All bidders are expected to familiarize themselves with the requirements of the Idaho Code, as amended and concerning bidding. Any bid is required to be submitted under the condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission.
