Renovation of a municipal facility in Annapolis, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 840-square-foot municipal facility.
**As of May 24, 2024, the project was awarded to Abbott Mechanical Enterprise, contract amount of $28, 017.06.** Maryland Department of Transportation/ State Highway Administration is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to install three (3) in kind, 3.5-Ton Vertical Bard Package HVAC units ( W42AY-A15XPXXXJ. 3.5 Ton Wall-Mount, 230V. Single Phase, 15KW of Factory Installed Heat or approved equal for the District 5 office trailer located at 138 Defense Hwy, Annapolis, MD 21401. The Bard package units will serve as primary HVAC for approximately 840 square feet of office space and conference room. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing, labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to complete the work within the Scope of Work. It is highly recommended that all interested vendors visit the site for detailed information. All questions must be submitted to the Procurement Officer no later than Wednesday, April 17, 2024 @ 1:00 P.M. EST. Requests for information or questions shall be submitted in writing. They must be emailed to lmarcucci@mdot.maryland.gov with the Contract No. D524HVAC referenced in the email subject line; if attached to the email please provide in Microsoft Word or PDF format. Each request for information or questions shall include the Contract number and the name and address of the originator.
