Renovation of a civil project in Key Largo, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
INVITATION TO BID NO: 2024-03 This invitation to Bid contemplates the provision of materials and labor to install fittings and piping needed to raise the grinder pump piping up to about 12" below grade, then install the new stainless steel valve assembly in a meter box as detailed in the construction plans and specifications. 3.2 The Scope of Work will be discussed during the Pre-Bid Meeting. All Work must be completed pursuant to the contract documents as amended by any Change Orders within the specified time frame as noted in the contract documents. 5% of the amount of the bid. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Technical Questions Due from Prospective Bidder May 2 nd, 2024 at 4:00 PM.
