As of August 14,2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Design and Construction is soliciting formal, competitive, sealed bids from Contractors licensed to work in the jurisdiction for the project listed below. PROJECT NAME: John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park - South Boat Ramp Replacement The Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids. SCOPE OF WORK: Base Bid: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to remove and replace the existing South Boat Ramp per the contract documents. Note: Bidder Prequalification is required for all bids. Each bidder shall provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP's Bureau of Design and Construction. To request a pre-qualification letter, the bidder should email BDC_Contracts@dep.state.fl.us. If not prequalified, the bidder must submit a current State Contractor license certification or registration and current Corporate Charter registration with the bid.
