Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Key Largo, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
1. The Project consists of: temporary tankage with associated components to allow bypassing of the City's existing UV Contact Tank (design, procurement, installation, and demolition/removal of system by contractor and contractor's engineer of record); existing UV Contact Tank removal; construction of replacement UV Contact Tank with interior and exterior coatings; replacement of all existing control systems (ultrasonic level detector, transducers, floats, etc.); miscellaneous restoration; and other improvements. 07-11-2024 4:00 pm Last Day for submission of written questions to the City All questions regarding the bid process should be directed to City Clerk Silvia Gransee at cityclerk@keycolonybeach.net Successful vendors must provide proper insurance, and each contractor is to submit their bid as indicated in the specifications. 5. Award of Contract: The City Commission will make the final award of the bid or contract. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding. Any questions from any bidders should be directed to City Clerk Silvia Gransee by email to cityclerk@keycolonybeach.net. Answers to questions will be posted electronically *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
