The Contractor shall hold a Louisiana Contractor's license in class IV License (Municipal and Public Works Construction) in the State of Louisiana. Only bids from contractors who secure Contract Documents from the Engineer or who utilize Periscope to obtain Contract Documents shall be considered as responsive bidders for this project. Bond Notes: All bids shall be accompanied by bid security in an amount of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The form of this security shall be as stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project. An executed affidavit and attestation form must be submitted prior to bid award. Owner Rights: The City of Slidell reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
