Repair Water Mains & Water Treatment Plant (WTP) The United States Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) requests a proposal for the Repair w ater main from the WTP to the distribution system and install a redundant connection on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. All w ork is to be done in accordance w ith (IAW) the Scope of Work (SOW) for Project 2024-0239, attached specifications and draw ings. See DFARS 252.236-7001. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is 100% set aside for Small Business This RFP contains one base bid. IAW w ith FAR 36.204(f), the rough order of magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Please see Executive Summary for further requirements. Contractor questions regarding this solicitation and work contained within the SOW are due to the solicitation point of contact (POC) no later than 10:00 a.m. CST on Monday, June 10 2024 in order to ensure all questions can be answered and posted for all Offerors knowledge prior to solicitation closing date and time reflected in box 13 of this document.
