The objective is to enhance the functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability of the building while preserving its historical significance and complying with relevant codes and regulations. The project scope includes but is not limited to structural analysis, mechanical and electrical systems evaluation, accessibility improvements, energy efficiency enhancements, and site planning considerations.
