Demolition, site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Kimberly, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
SEH Project: KIMBV 171196 Work of this contract consists of demolition of the existing facility, site restoration/preparation for the construction of a roughly 48,000 s.f. precast vehicle maintenance and storage garage and office facility on the existing site including all associated site work and pavement. A single lump sum bid will be required for all of the work. Bidders will be required to provide a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of bid amount. Bidders will be required to provide performance and payment bonds of 100 percent of bid amount. The Village of Kimberly reserves right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in bids or bidding.
