Park City Municipal Corporation (PCMC) is accepting bids for the Gordo Environmental Cleanup Excavation. The project completion date shall be November 15, 2024 Question Deadline 04/23/2024 at 10:00 AM MT All questions about the meaning and intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted via electronically. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to "Park City Municipal Corporation" in an amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a cashier's check or bid bond utilizing the American Institute of Architects Document A310 - Bid Bond (or equivalent) issued by a surety authorized to do business in Utah. Provisions for liquidated damages are set forth in the Construction Agreement, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "B." Contractor agrees to $100/day and shall provide initials on the Construction Agreement. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for 45 days after the day of the Bid Opening. Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid Security prior to that date. PCMC reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or waive any informalities, inconsistencies or technicalities in the bids when deemed in the best interest of PCMC.
