**As of September 20, 2024 project was awarded to Barone Construction Group, Inc but awarded amount is not available.** The Town of Milan invites bids from contractors for work in connection with the following project: Town of Milan Town Hall Addition 1419 Route 199 Milan, NY 12571 This project consists of the construction of a new 1 story addition, Type Vb construction, 740 g.s.f.+/- structure attached to existing structure. The foundation is poured-in-place concrete with a slab on grade. The Main floor structure is dimensional lumber with a preengineered truss roof structure. Associated MEP work includes, but is not limited to LED Lighting, HVAC system extension, electrical extension and integrating existing electrical timer. Associated Civil work includes but is not limited to asphalt parking repairs, lighting, and drainage to daylight along with a new retaining wall. All work as identified on the construction documents. *The Town reserves the right to reject any, and all bids.
