The work consists of the relining existing sanitary sewer pipes and manholes across the City of Pasadena including the hillside area of District 6. The work will also include various locations of sewer pipe point repair, installation of sectionals, heavy cleaning of existing sewer pipes, and manhole frame and cover adjustment and/or replacement. Question Submission Deadline: April 25, 2024, 2:00pm Bid security in the amount of five-percent (5%) of the total bid price in the form of a redeemable or callable electronic surety bond, meeting City requirements, must accompany all bids. Contract Local Business Subcontracting Goal: 20% of the Total Subcontracting Work The work to be performed consists of the CONTRACTOR furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the proposed project, complete in place in accordance with the contract drawings and specification and subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the plans, specifications, and contract documents for the FY24/25 Sewer Relining and Repair Project
