Nunn Hall Countertops A five percent (5%) Bid Bond or cashier's check must be included with bid to receive consideration if bid price exceeds forty thousand dollars ($40,000). A one-hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond may be required of the successful bidder, if the bid is in excess of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). The Performance Bond must be issued and submitted to the Office of Procurement Services within ten (10) days after notice of award. The University reserves the right to reject bids with incomplete information or which are presented on a different form.
