All proposals shall be considered valid until 60 days after the opening date, although not accepted or rejected. The project consists of reconstructing Maplewood Drive from Cleveland Avenue to Lakewood Drive, miscellaneous drainage and signage improvements, and associated demolition and site restoration. The Work will be completed in all respects on or before the times specified in the proposal documents. To perform public work, prior to contract award the successful proposer and subcontractors shall hold or obtain such licenses as required by State statutes and federal and local laws and regulations. In accordance with Section 4115.133 of the Ohio Revised Code, no proposer may submit a proposal if proposer, any of its officers, or proposer's subcontractors or their officers appear on Director of Commerce's list of violators of Section 4115.02 to 4115.16 of the Ohio Revised Code concerning payment of wages.
