Renovation of a municipal facility in Chesapeake, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Adaptive Renovation of the Building Located at 2555 Steppingstone Square for use as the New Chesapeake Cares Resource Center. All questions/concerns prior to submittal of a proposal shall be in writing and submitted on company letterhead and faxed or emailed to Mr. Art Harbin, Procurement Officer at (757) 523-1601 (fax) or art_harbin@crhava.org (email) at least 10 days prior (May 7, 2024) to bid opening date Minority-owned and Women-owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals. Construction shall begin within 10 days of Notice to Proceed and complete within 120 days. All work shall be accomplished during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday unless otherwise approved by the Authority. This provision shall be strictly enforced during contract performance.
