A person filing a notice of protest will be required; at the time the notice of protest is filed, to post a bond in the form of a cashier's check in an amount equal to twenty-five percent of the City's estimate of the total value of the award, or $1,000, whichever is less. Scope of Work The City of St. Charles is requesting proposals to perform Construction Engineering Services for the Swenson Avenue Base Reclamation Project. The selected Consultant will act as the City's Resident Engineer for the project and as liaison for the City to the impacted property owners. The City reserves the right to reject any and all offers in whole or in part according to the best interests of the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
