Riverside Culvert Improvements - ENG2024-26 The City of St. Charles (City) is requesting bids from contractors for tree removal, removal of existing concrete culvert structure with corresponding headwalls, partial removal of existing concrete retaining walls, removal of concrete debris from the existing channel, channel excavation which includes the construction of a low-flow channel, construction of precast concrete box culverts, construction of precast concrete aprons, construction of multi-use hot-mix asphalt path, construction of a water main, replacement of sanitary sewer. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. Anticipated Award Date: June 3, 2024 ; Anticipated Notice to Proceed: June 5, 2024 pending IDOT permits and park district easement approval. Approval anticipated prior to NTP. Substantial completion December 1, 2024. Final completion April 14, 2025.
