The Site of the Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: pumping stations, well sites, pressure regulating stations, pressure monitoring stations, storage reservoirs, District service area distribution piping systems and their appurtenances, process and non-process related buildings, structures, facilities, and miscellaneous structures owned and operated by the Owner. Owner facilities are located throughout Clark County, at various Sites within Las Vegas Valley Water District properties within Las Vegas, Nevada; Blue Diamond, Nevada; Jean, Nevada; Kyle Canyon, Nevada; Laughlin, Nevada; and Searchlight, Nevada. The Work consists of performing scheduled and unscheduled mechanical repairs and maintenance, and the construction of mechanical installations. This includes providing the necessary equipment, labor, material, and services required to perform the installation, replacement, or repair as directed by the Commitment Drawings, Engineer, or as specified otherwise. All work under this Master Commitment will be assigned as individual Construction Master Commitment Assignments within the Districts Project Management System.
