PROJECT DESCRIPTION CITY OF MESQUITE , EVANS RECREATION CENTER - ENTRANCE IMPROVEMENTS 1116 HILLCREST STREET MESQUITE, TX 75149 PUBLIC USE / RECREATION 5,600 SQUARE FEET The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Exterior Improvements of the City of Mesquite's Evans Park Recreation Center including the pedestrian Bridge and Entrance Pavilion. Improvements include new ADA compliant ramp, and replacement of existing deteriorated exposed aggregate concrete finishes at the Building entrances and surrounding area. Scope of Work EVANS RECREATION CENTER: ENTRANCE IMPROVEMENTS:- Replace the exposed aggregate concrete topping slab at the entrance to the Evans Recreation Center with new concrete topping slab. Modify the access ramp to compliance with ADA requirements and make other improvements to the entrance area as specified by construction drawings and specifications prepared by GRS/Andrade Architects.
