Renovation of a municipal facility in Mesquite, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All questions must be submitted via email to purchasing@cityofmesquite.com by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, prior to proposal closing date. Mark envelope in lower left corner "RFP No. 2024-096; Purchase and Installation of Caging and Equipment for the Animal Shelter Expansion," so that the proposals will not be opened until the appointed hour. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. If you have questions regarding the preparation of your proposal, you may contact purchasing@cityofmesquite.com. The City of Mesquite reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive formalities and to make award of bid proposal as may be deemed to the best advantage of the City. No proposal may be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days after date of opening. Should you have any concerns or questions concerning this information or the conduct of any of our employees pleasecontact the City's ethics officer at 972-329-8723. All calls to the Citys ethics officer are confidential and your name (or any other identifying information) will not be disclosed.
