Complete an 18 inch Asphalt Concrete Pavement Repair in Drain, (Douglas County) OR. Complete the work in accordance with Section 00748, and as directed. Sawcut perimeter of work area as necessary to complete the work. Complete 18” Asphalt Concrete Pavement Repair, approximately 310’ x 13.5’ (465.0 SQYD). Furnish and place Commercial Asphalt Concrete Pavement (CACP) per applicable specifications and the below ASPHALT CONCRETE PAVEMENT REPAIR – 18” DEEP DETAIL. The work to be completed under this contract consists of the following work located near MP 50.2 eastbound along the Umpqua Highway (OR38) in Drain, Douglas County, OR:
• Complete 18 Inch Asphalt Concrete Pavement Repair as detailed in the contract plans and
specifications or as directed. The limits of the work areas will be marked on site. See Exhibit 2 for additional information.
• Perform additional and incidental work as detailed in the contract plans and specifications or as directed. Replace this subsection, except for the subsection number and title, with the following:
Work zone traffic control will be installed and maintained by State forces as needed for the duration of the project. The Contractor shall schedule and coordinate work zone traffic control with the ODOT Project Manager or designated representative, a minimum of 14 days prior to beginning work. Complete an 18” Asphalt Concrete Pavement Repair in Drain (Douglas County) OR. Work includes temporary traffic control. Also see Attachment A, Exhibits 1 and 2 (Special Provisions and Specifications, Project Maps and Details) for additional Project information. The work contemplated under an awarded contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all work in connection with the Project.
