The Town of Bow Island is requesting Proposal documents to procure a Design-Build Contractor, complete with their selected Consultant Team for the design and construction of a new Public Works Building located at 701 - 6th Avenue West in Bow Island, Alberta to meet the growth requirements of the Town. The Contractor and Design team will provide the following services: Architectural and Engineering Construction Documents meeting the program requirements of the Town of Bow Island Development and Building Permitting Application and Requirements Construction Project Close-Out The proposed building will be a combination use building comprised of two (2) main areas with a combined total proposed building area of 1042m2 (11,200 ft2) with the below allocations of space: 2 Story Administrative Office: 9.8m x 24.4m (239.1m2)(32'x 80' (5120ft2).
