Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a qualified contractor to provide labor, parts and materials, or equipment, travel and mileage costs, reports necessary to provide 24/7, 365-days-a-year Security Alarm Monitoring. Services consist of 24/7 alarm monitoring, dispatch service, testing, inspection, installation and full-services for all systems included in the Exhibit A, Attachment I, Detailed Scope of Work, Section B, for all systems included in the scope final agreement, located at the State Parks McClellan Facility, located at 4940 Lang Ave, McClellan CA 95652. The anticipated performance period of the contract is until January 30, 2025 starting on the Start Date stipulated in the written Notice to Proceed which Contractor will receive upon approval of the Agreement. State law requires a DVBE participation goal of not less than three percent (3%); however, DPR requires a six percent (6%) DVBE participation goal. System Locations McClellan Facility, 4940 Lang Ave, McClellan, CA 95652. Buildings E, F, G, H, I, J, Fleet yard and small vehicle yard as detailed in Exhibit A, Attachment IIMap. Applications shall be on file at the Department of General Services, Small Business and DVBE Certification, 707 Third Street, First Floor, Room 400, West Sacramento, CA, 95605, by 5 p.m. on the day bids are due. Contractor must have a current C-7, C-10, or B license approved by the California Contractors State License Board. Additionally, the contractor must have an Alarm Company Operator (ACO) License issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, and have all monitoring done at an Underwriter's Laboratory (UL) certified central station.
