Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fredonia, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: 1. Reconstruction of approximately 1,300 linear feet (LF) of roadway with asphalt pavement and spot curb and gutter replacement. 2. Relay of approximately 1,100 LF of sanitary sewer and 1,300 LF of water main. 3. Replacement of curb ramps and spot concrete sidewalk replacement. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
