Provide all labor, materials, services, and incidentals necessary to perform the following work. Painting includes all light pole bases if they are contained in the parking lots. B. Provide and install silt fencing, bio-logs, and catch basin filter fabric as required to contain soil runoff/contamination. C. Prior to renewing lots as is and re-striping lots (at fog seal, crack seal, and reconstruction areas), Contractor shall submit to Owner and Engineer proposed striping plan for approval. Under no circumstances shall Contractor proceed with striping procedures without Owners approval. Restriping plans are in the Drawings.
