Site work and paving for a road / highway in Rosemount, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 1 LS Site Grading 1 C Y Common Export (P) 2,600 S Y Trail Bituminous Pavement w/base 800 S F 4" Concrete Pavement w/base 130 L F 15" RC Pipe 230 F F Stone Retaining Wall 44 EACH Deciduous Tree 1.5" Cal B&B 2 ACRE Seed Mixture Type 2 - Native The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Rosemount shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. Question Deadline 05/24/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to the Landscape Architect in writing.
