Reference Number 0000268133 1. Contractor is to Inspect and Test the Fire Alarms in Buildings Specified as Per the Requirements of National Standard of Canada, Can/ulc-s536-04, Standard for the Inspection and Testing of Fire Alarm Systems. This Testing Shall Include All Auxiliary Systems/devices Connected to the Fire Alarm System; I.e. Door Closures, Sprinkler Systems, Paint Booths. 2. Contractor is to Supply Necessary Inspection Verification Forms to Both the Division and the Brandon Fire & Emergency Services for Their Records. 3. Contractor is to Follow the Sign in/out Procedures While Working in Division Properties. 4. Contractor is Responsible for Safely Securing All Buildings of the Division While Testing the Fire Alarms in Each Facility. 5. Contractor is Required to Complete Work on Any Modular Units on School Properties as Well. 6. Contractor is Required to Update and Supply the Division With a Complete Inventory Listing of All Safety Components at Each Facility. The Information Must Be Compiled in a Digital Format, to Include Details Such as Location, Make and Model of Each Device. 7. The Contractor Must Provide Deficiency Lists Including Quotes for Repairs Following Each Site Visit. Once Approval is Provided to Proceed With Repairs, the Completed Work Must Be Reflected in an Updated Inspection Report. The Contractor shall provide proof of having a policy or policies of insurance satisfactory to Division. The insurance shall insure the Contractor, its officers, servants and agents, and the Division, for public liability, property damage and tenant's legal liability in an amount of at least $2,000,000 inclusive.
