Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brandon, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Work is for the supply and installation of concrete sidewalk, curb, driveway, boulevard repairs, concrete accessibility ramps and associated work in the City of Brandon. The Work on Louise Avenue shall begin no earlier than June 3, 2024 and shall be completed prior to September 1, 2024 Final Completion of the Work on or before October 04, 2024.
