Renovation of a municipal facility in Attalla, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Description: Replacement of existing diesel generator with a 70 kW propane generator, conduit, wiring, controls, automatic transfer switch, and related appurtenances. Owner requires the Project to be completed within 180 calendar days. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Bidders are required to submit the bid form, bid bond, and the E-Verify documents at the time of the bid. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, the bidder's General Contractor's license number, the project name, and bid date. Bidders are asked not to submit the full contract documents and specifications book at the time of the bid. Bidders must carry the Municipal and Utility construction classification as listed in the roster of the Alabama State Licensing Board for General Contractors to be considered for the award of the project. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 calendar days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids. Question Deadline 04/29/2024 Direct questions in writing to James G.
