As of November 17, 2025, this Project is under construction: however currently on hold due to a lot of the work being in the classrooms and having heat off for the entire school for most of the remaining work to continue, the project is mostly on hold until school is out in May 2026. Remaining work to be completed summer of 2026. No definite date for the rebid. Bond Notes: Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check of the bidder, payable to the Owner, or a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Amount with a corporate surety approved by the Owner, shall be required for the faithful performance of the Contract. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days subsequent to the receipt of bids without written consent of the Owner.
