Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities is receiving bids until February 11, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern Time for construction of the Division of Water's Lexington Ave Area Water Line Improvements, C.I.P. No. 690236-100133 the work for which consists of replacing approximately 9,200 linear feet of 6-inch and 8-inch water mains, as well as the replacement of privately owned lead and galvanized water service lines, and other work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB) The current negotiated spend goal for construction related activities is 5.4% to be spent with State of Ohio certified DBEs.
