**As of July 31, 2024, project was awarded to Stell Enterprises, Inc., awarded amount is $203,786.65.** Description of work: Maintenance of protection of traffic, milling, leveling, wearing courses, base repair, manhole/inlet adjustments, ADA ramps, walkways and parking, line painting. Paving notches, loop sensor replacements, drive transitions and adjustment of survey monuments are incidental to contract. The bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee, which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid. At the option of the bidder, the guaranty may be certified check, bank draft, negotiable U.S. Government Bond (at par value) or a bid bond in the from attached. The Bid Bond shall be secured by a guaranty or a surety company listed in the latest issue of the U.S. Treasury Circular 570. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by the required guaranty. Provide Maintenance & Protection of Traffic, Manhole/Inlet adjustments and Repairs, Leveling & Wearing Courses as identified, Base Repair as Directed, Topsoil, Milling, ADA Ramps & Miscellaneous Pave Related Work, In addition to the above, the work will include: the Maintenance and Protection of Traffic During Construction (in strict conformance with Section 900 of PENN DOT EDITION, CURRENT Specifications, with Supplements, including 67 PA Code, Chapter 211; 67 PA Code, Chapter 203); providing access to adjacent residences and businesses'at all times; all dewatering work; erosion and sedimentation control work as required; backfill and compaction work; protection of the public and workers at all times by complying to all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations; all hand work or piecemeal work as may be required to perform and complete the contract; all supervision and layout work; and all incidental work as defined in the Contract Documents.
