As of December 08, 2025, the project was awarded to Keystone Excavators Inc., with an awarded amount of $2,043,753.75. The work to be performed under these contracts shall consist of the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete the 58th Street Roadway Improvements project including written logs and testing in accordance with these plans and specifications. All workmanship and materials shall be fully guaranteed for a period of one year after date of acceptance by the Owner. All Testing shall be paid by the Contractor. All Professional Surveying shall be paid by the Contractor.
