Site work for a municipal facility in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Work includes Phase 1 Landfill Closure area grading including supply of structural grading materials; leachate control berm construction including supply of structural materials; removing debris from Phase 1 West Pump Chamber; construction of landfill gas system extension with owner supplied pipe and fittings; construction of leachate and stormwater systems with owner supplied pipe and fittings; construction of stormwater ditches including supply of riprap materials; install piping components to support the future relocation of the existing residential drop off stormwater oil/water separator tank and septic system; support services for geomembrane liner installation contractor including installation of some materials independent of liner contractor; installation of owner supplied topsoil; installation of supplied topsoil; and, hydroseeding. Provisional items include completion of the planned relocation of the existing residential drop off stormwater oil/water separator tank and septic system. Contractor will also be required to serve as Prime Contractor coordinating Health and Safety of other contractors working on site. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca
