Site work and renovation of a civil project in N Richmond, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Works Included within this project 1. The Designer shall provide detailed design and technical specifications for the following: Replace the metal railings and wall mounts. Replace the floor plastic strips for the flight shoes. Replace the gears and corroded shafts. Repair the basin walls (NDT testing needed to determine whether the addition of protective coating will be sufficient or whether repair or replacement in addition the application of protective coating will be needed). Update the flight drive local control stations to function with new drives (consider future MCC and SCADA integration). Replace manually-operated aeration effluent valves with automated valves. Improve the sediments removal system (fly and sump). Any other point not listed above but is addressed through the following reports: Evoqua Water Technology report dated 06/01/2023 (Attachment G). Alisto report dated 12/05/2023 (Attachment H). Please refer to the attachment section for further details. 2. Prepare and provide a Health and Safety Plan including pertinent contacts for incident reporting as well as directions to and from each proposed site to the nearest medical facility will be required and implementation of COVID-19 mitigation measures per the health and safety guidelines for the County of Contra Costa and California Department of Public Health. This applies to visits to any of West County Wastewater's offices and/or in-field appurtenances.
