Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Marathon, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project includes the clearing of vegetation, demolition, and the construction of a new concrete seawall and sidewalk at the end of a man-made canal. Should a Proposer find discrepancies, ambiguities in, or omissions from the Proposal Documents, or should he/she be in doubt as to their meaning, he/she shall at once notify the Owner, in writing by e-mail to Matthew Howard at Howard-Matthew@MonroeCounty-fl.gov Work included: Provide temporary facilities needed for the Work including, but not necessarily limited to: 1. Temporary utilities such as water, electricity, and telephone. 2. Field office for the Contractors personnel. 3. Sanitary facilities. 4. Enclosures such as tarpaulins, barricades, and canopies. 5. Temporary fencing of the construction site as required for public and employee safety. 6. Project sign. Deadline to submit Questions May 3rd 2024, 5:00 PM EDT
