As of 11/05/2020 They do not provide an anticipated start date as this is determined at a later date. Base Bid: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to construct the seven residences per the contract documents. Builder’s Risk Insurance is required for this project and must be included in bid price. Note: Bidder Prequalification is required for all bids. Each bidder shall provide a copy of its biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP’s Bureau of Design and Construction. If not pre-qualified, the bidder must submit a current State Contractor license certification or registration and current Corporate Charter registration with the bid.
