Saving Project...

Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Des Peres, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

City of Des Peres is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to demo/remove/haul away existing toilet partitions and benches in the Locker Rooms at The Lodge Des Peres and install 10 solid plastic stalls and 3 solid plastic partition screens in Canyon Granite (or similar) color in the Locker Rooms at The Lodge Des Peres at 1050 Des Peres Road. This project also includes dismantling our existing shower partitions in the Locker Rooms prior to the start of our flooring project and then reinstalling those shower partitions after the flooring project has been completed. The final aspect of this project includes the installation of new phenolic benches in our Locker Rooms and Family Change Rooms.
