Questions Deadline: 4/23/2024 02:00 PM (CT) The City of Ames is seeking quotes brass products for the Water Meter Division. All responses must be submitted before the deadline. No late responses will be reviewed. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. BRASS PRODUCTS FOR WATER METER DIVISION 1. The City of Ames reserves the right to award this bid by group. 2. All brass products contained in this bid shall meet ANSI/NSF Standard 61 Specifications. 3. Supply brass products from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. 4. Initial Order will be placed after June 1, 2024, for delivery on or after July 1, 2024. 5. Pricing to remain firm throughout the contract period. 6. All quantities listed below are approximate annual usage. 7. The City of Ames does not guarantee to purchase the exact quantities. 8. Materials shall be delivered as requested throughout the contract period. 9. No limits on minimum order quantities. 10. Delivery Location: City of Ames Water Meter Division, 300 E. 5th Street, Bldg. #2, Ames, IA 50010.
