**As of May 13, 2024, the project was awarded to Northwest Community Builders who provided a responsive base bid of $248,390.** Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days after opening unless otherwise specified in the bid specifications. In general, the work for this project includes the demolition of two existing sand volleyball courts and the construction of two new sand volleyball courts in the same location in the City of Eugene' s Amazon Park. Work also includes constructing underdrainage piping which will connect to an outfall stub provided by others as part of the adjacent Amazon Creek Restoration project. Question Deadline 04/20/2024
