Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

Work includes, but is not limited to; Design stamped engineered drawings, furnish and install pre-engineered building structural steel (including anchor bolts), insulated metal panel system, metal roofing and associated, gutters/downspouts, snow guard, skylight system. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The guarantee shall be in the form of a bid bond executed by an approved surety company, made payable to the Construction Manager. The bid guarantee shall run for a period of not less than ninety (90) days. If the proposer whose proposal is selected fails to furnish the Construction Manager with insurance certificates showing the proposer is in full compliance of the insurance requirements set forth in this RFP's Section 12.3 within ten (10) business days after receipt of Notice of Award, the bid guarantee shall be forfeited to the Construction Manager as liquidated damages Any explanation desired by a Proposer regarding the meaning or interpretation of this RFP and attachments must be requested only to the Ingham County Purchasing Department, at questions@ingham.org.
