Grand Ledge SSB Roof Replacement A PERFORMANCE BOND AND A PAYMENT BOND ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL BIDS OVER $50,000.00. EACH BID MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A FIVE (5) PERCENT BID GUARANTEE. BUILDERS RISK INSURANCE IS REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED IN THE BID DOCUMENTS. The State reserves the right to cancel this Invitation to Bid (ITB) or change the date and time for submitting Bids by announcing same at any time before the established date and time for Bid opening. Bids must remain open for acceptance by the Owner for no less than the Bid hold period. Please do not submit online questions via VSS, all questions should be emailed to Matt Lusby, at LusbyM@michigan.gov. Project Scope of Work: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and related services needed for the removal and replacement of the roof shingles for an approximately 12,000 square foot roof, to include all applicable state building codes, manufacturers recommendations, industry standards, and as directed by the MDOT Project Manager to complete the work at no additional cost to owner. Acquiring all necessary permits through the state.
