Renovation of an educational facility in Cheshire, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Cheshire Public Schools is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide services for a capital renovation project in the replacement of flooring surfaces in classrooms and common hallway at Cheshire High School located at 525 South Main St. Cheshire, CT The scope of this project includes the removal of an existing VCT/ACT flooring systems in the locations listed above, prep the existing concrete floor to ensure for leveling and proper adhesion, install new flooring systems which will include any/all transitions and providing new rubber cove base. Cheshire Public Schools shall cover the cost of LEP services related to abatement. Proposers shall obtain abatement pricing from the CPS preferred vendor for floors areas designated as requiring abatement Proposals must be held firm and cannot be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the opening date.
