Site work for a water / sewer project in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
*As of May 23, 2024 this project has been RIII Construction Inc for $324,308.10* The project generally consists of the replacement of 918 L.F. of 10" VCP with 918 L.F. of 10" SDR-26 and the replacement of 6 standard manholes. The project will also consist of the installation of 1,004 L.F. of 10" resin impregnated cured-in-place (CIPP) liners for main line sanitary sewer. Also included is the lining of 5 manholes (OBIC Armor Lining system or OBIC approved equal.) Also included in the project is the replacement of 60' of 8" VCP with 60' of 8" SDR-26, an 8" x 6" wye and a lateral connection from manhole 149 to manhole 150. The project for which Bids are being solicited is subject to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Each Bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to Hanover Township, Lehigh County in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Check, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Article 5 of the General Conditions. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to accept any Bid which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Owner.
