Renovation of a mixed-use development in East Haddam, Connecticut. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of 6/4/2024 The project is on hold due to budgets. Scope of Work is included for two separate locations within the district: a) Nathan Hale-Ray High School - Air-Cooled Chiller and Chilled Water Pump Upgrades located at 15 School Drive, Moodus, CT b) East Haddam Elementary School - Replacement of Unit Ventilators with ground/roof mounted air handling units, providing heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning located at 45 Joe Williams Road, Moodus, CT Deduct-alternates for roof-top units and building controls will be considered, and may be excluded as part of this project at the Owner's discretion. The project must be completed between May 9, 2024 and August 22, 2025. This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including set- aside (25% SBE and 6.25% M/W/DisBE) and non-discrimination requirements enforced by the CHRO.
