East Haddam Public Schools is seeking bidders for an Accessible Viewing Platform, per ADA requirements, at the Nathan Hale-Ray High School, 15 School Drive, Moodus, CT. Bidders shall not include Federal Excise or State of Connecticut Sales Tax to which Public Buildings are exempt. After opening of the Bids, no Bid can be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. After review of all factors, terms and conditions, including price, East Haddam Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part thereof, or waive defects in same, or accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of East Haddam Public Schools, Moodus, CT. East Haddam Public Schools does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, physical disability, religion or national origin.
