It was determined that this building requires pressure washing of all associated masonry and metals/gutters with a commercial grade degreaser, all washed areas shall be sealed with a masonry water repellent and building entry ways to be washed and repainted. The Nathan Hale-Ray Middle School is a 4-8 grade school built in 2006. The building is two-stories, and the total square footage is 96,953 sq. ft. Quantities required to complete this project shall be determined by bidding contractors. The contracted/work area shall be approximately 400' long x varying heights of 14' - 30'. This bid shall include all materials, ladders, covers, lifts, and other equipment required to complete this project.
