Renovation of a municipal facility in Danville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

DO NOT replace any EPDM that is new. Replace or overlay ALL deteriorated O. S. B. and boards on the roof as needed. Install painted metal roofing on the front porch with in- kind like material. Install white aluminum drip edge on all roof edges. Install 15# roofing felt where roof has been replaced. Felt paper must be installed horizontally not vertically. Install Ice and Water Shield at all eaves and rakes, in valleys, around chimneys, etc. as needed. Install 30- year architectural fiberglass shingles, Class A self- sealing roofing shingles on " A" roof. Include new flashing on all vents, chimneys, and valleys. Install a 32 ft. ridge vent ( Shingle over vent) on the ridge of roof. Using a chalk line, strike a line on either side of the ridge board 7/ 8 of an inch down from the ridge board at the peak of the roof. If you have trusses, you should strike the chalk like such that it will create a gap 1- 3/ 4 inches across the peak when you get to the cutting step. Tear out and discard approximately 300LF gutter board/ soffit/ fascia Install new gutter board/ soffit/ fascia 300 LF ( Match existing)
